why do you think about people calling to your house to do surveys?

a lot of persons are rude with people doing surveys over the phone, they just want our opinions, why is it that it bothers people so much?

the funny thing is that survey companies are not in the DO NOT CALL LIST and that make people so angry

If the caller is polite, I am always glad to help them out and share my opinion. They have a very tough job.

Just like Solicitations, Surveys over the phone are just plain annoying (at best), and an invasion of Privacy (at worst -- then add on top of it a rude survey person on the other end).

It BOTHERS us because it is OUR HOME and when we come home after work, we WANT to RELAX and DE-STRESS ... we do NOT want to be annoyed, pursued, have our privacy invaded, or anything else ... it just is something that I do NOT like to deal with (which is why I have caller ID). If the company tries to DEFEAT the Caller ID Function -- it rolls over into another system -- where my Answering Machine then SCREENS the situation ...

ANY ONE That HAS a good reason to call me knows NEVER to block their phone number .. and I do recognize LEGITIMATE Calls.

I dont like it because I have asked them not to call three times, however I have not been rude to them, I just tell them that I dont want to speak to them. Are you a survey taker???? Plus its already bad when you have to put your name on a list that blocks the telemarketers but now you have to fend off the survey takers.

I don't care for them.When you pick up the phone you have the power in your hand to hang it up.You don't have to be rude,I always say "I'm so sorry but I am not interested thank you.
