Not really, but he has been "Hoisted by his own petard." His plan of invading Iraq to insure his reelection as a "War time President," and to secure the oil supply has ruined the Republican Party and maybe the United States. While he comes off as being educationally challenged, we must admit that he is falls about mid range of Americans. He did qualify to be in the military which puts him in the top 50%.
