I do not know, for you have to fully create your own personalised personality as a monster. I can say you can begin by not bathing... then if not a real monster, you can be classed as a "real stinker!"

you will need one blonde haired blue eyed virgin baby girl, a specially crafted blade, 100 gallons of dyonisys wine, and a huge bunch of followers dressed in black leather and chains. Then develop a keen sense of Tyranical strategic insight.

drink wine
sacrifice baby to the great overlord Xyn-al Shabszyk
followers display sacrificed baby to outside populace while you sit back and collect the fear factor from the governments world wide.
Sure sure, you will need to change locations quite a bit, but if the Great Overlord has blessed you you will have the power and strength to withstand the special ops bullets zingin' over your head. I can not say the same for your followers....but given time and with your new found Overlord given powers you will attract more to patiently do your bidding once more.

well, if you mean like in a play or smthing then you can have face paint, kind of grey or green is nice.
then i know that smwhere they sell a kit that can make real-looking scars, they're good.
and you should make moaning sounds and talk in a deep voice.
mostly monsters dress in rags.

Is that what you mean?
Why would you want to be a monster. You have to think about the problems of the word itself and how like 'God' it refers to how something is perceived more than it says anything about what the actual thing IS itself.
Please dont go murder a bunch of children. I'd feel really guilty.
