Technically, there is but it's a very tedious process.

I used to have software which I had from an online forum that allowed me to download the video from Youtube. But I had to reinstall Windows and lost the software.

Anyway, after the video was downloaded, it would depend on the type of video's format since it then has to be converted once more.

Various software is available, usually for purchase as the trial versions won't allow full conversion, to convert avi, mpg or DVD formats into iPod format.

Try a search for conversion software and Youtube videos.
