The root causes of procrastination could be (1) Diffidence, (2) Inertia, or (3) Out right confusion.

If a person is not confident of the course of action to be taken, he/she delays action until later, which in effect is procrastination.
In such cases, consulting an expert in the field about which the person is not confident, would open up new avenues or bring in the new confidence.

If a person is in his/her comfort zone, stretching out would be painful. So the natural inertia makes one procrastinate. In such cases, visualizing what the new course of action could entail, especially the positive aspects would help overcome the inertia.

In case of confusion again, clarifying one's goal and consulting an appropriate mentor would clear the confusion.

In any case, procrastination is only the symptom, and attacking the root cause would be the most effective way to avoid it.

Really the only way is to just go do what ever it is you are procrastinating about. Delayed gratification...umm, think about having to do it later and about how it would be better to get it over with.

possibly you have accustomed your self to procrastinate. The plenty complicated in regardless of is to start. Make an attempt inspite of the main effective reluctance with a notion that u would desire to, it is going to be very frustrating, yet whilst u prevail, it is going to be a delightful sentiment. Then daily you would be waiting to get accustomed your self to artwork;)
