Where ever you go make sure the phone is CDMA not GSM, Verizon is CDMA and if you get GSM there is no way it's going to work. All I can tell you is to check all the sites like ebay. Or see if someone you know is getting rid of theirs because they want the next new fad phone. But to be honest with you what you see on ebay is not as bad a full price. But just remember Buyer Beware! Good Luck
P.S. Tmobile and Cingular are both GSM.

You can either get a prepaid, or if you're looking to get a phone to put on an existing account, go to
www.TigerDirect.com
They have what is called "unlocked" Razrs. Unlocked means they aren't locked to any specific carrier, and you can put in any SIM card (hold carrier and account info) and it'll connect. Some carrier specific features may not be available when using an unlocked phone, but all features (unless blocked by a carrier, or not active on your account) that come with the phone itself should work.

like a previous poster try a refurbish website, but make complete sure that the phone is either for your service or that the phone is unlocked so that you will be able to use your sim card with it. Otherwise if it is not already for your service or not unlocked then you wasted your money and you won't be able to use it.

specific it may be accessible. yet i hate the telephone. whilst it slides up, the element in the back which you do no longer see is definitely fragile. So as quickly as you drop it a pair situations, it relatively is going to grow to be unfastened and then at last fall off. additionally, the touch reveal screen is reall complicated to apply, for me atleast. i could advise the LG VX9400. Its particularly ordinary to apply, and has alot of large features like television and Video. verify it out on their web site, its cool. -desire ive helped! (:

My sis has a Razer pay as you go through Verizon. She went to the Verizon store (or kiosk) and they set her up with no problems.

Try Wal-mart, they have Razors but getting one cheap without a contract is almost impossible. Good-luck.
