Huh....So you mean Santa's Park down at Wild Horse Park/ Firebird Raceway on South I-10 in Phoenix?? If so, just check their website:

They usually open around 2pm and go till whenever the crowds die down, on Sunday maybe 11pm or midnight.

it's called santa's theme park and it's located off the I-10 freeway close to Chandler-not Tempe
i think it closes around 11p on sundays but you might want to check this website to be sure.
it's alot of fun-i took my kids. the price for the ticket includes all the rides.
