just out of my curiousity how much a new home sales rep makes per year? do they get additional commission?? any kind of benefit for working for home builder?

Depending on the market, it could vary greatly from $20,000- $150,000. Why limit yourself to one builder? You could be a new home sales rep AND work other listings for a Real Estate company in your area as a Sales Associate. A builder might have better benefits... depends how lucrative his market area is. Good luck.
