Christmas of '83 or '84 I was given 2 identical pairs of striped leg warmers and another pair of red bobbly ones. Needless to say I never wore any of them. And my brother gave me a terrible beefeater cruet set one year, but that was fair enough because I'd previously bought him a brass toilet ashtray from the Argos tasteless brass gifts page, even though he is a non-smoker.

Duno but i think i know what my mrs was 3 years ago she got a new chip pan with a lid never got used it was too bent

No lie, I got HALF a pack of socks 2 years ago. FROM MY MOTHER! My uncle got the other half...

They weren't even good socks and even worse she left mine in the half open plastic package they came in.
