Depends on how strong of a swimmer both parties are. I'm all for treading water if kids are involved. If not... let'm drown. Better than taking you down too. Also depends on if you have good floatation devices.
Sorry- a little juvenile "boob" humor slips out from time to time.

see... there it is again.
Cheer up... Always put your kids first... yourself in a very close second.... and a spouse/bf in distant 3rd.
I'm sure you'll do the right thing. You don't just seem fun. You seem like a very bright woman.

If you are constantly forgiving the person and allowing more water to accumulate under the bridge then yes, that is too much, becuase they are not truly trying to better the relationship. So, in that case it is time to cut your losses before you drown. Otherwise water under a nice bridge makes beautiful scenery.

It depends on how much water you or anyone else can take. Everyone has a breaking point and they vary from person to person. Ask yourself this: Is the water so high up that I don't think I can breathe much longer? You'll know once you think about the answer.

Yep...too much water under the bridge
will make your brain mushy, and your heart hurt.
Or maybe it's your heart mushy, and your head hurt.
Either way...it's not a good thing to swim through again

There is such a thing as a "low water crossing" but if there is too much water, and too strong of a current, your relationship can be washed down stream.
Just follow your heart, you'll know what to do.

Not really, that's what makes your life special is all that water under there. Experiences to grow from and learn.
