should I buy a refurbished macbook or a dell laptop?

get a refurbished mac book cuz even if you suspect it was broke and repaired it has basically went thru the Quality Checks on a 1 to 1 basis instead of a dell which most probably churned from factories where they just take a few shipments to do the quality check.

Macbooks are great! Peronally I'd get a Macbook running Mac OS X as then you don't have to worry about viruses, spyware, adware and other such nasties. Damn they are stylish too!

if you are a dj or music junkie get the mac.
it can store tons of music
it can mix music
music mixing and play is very simple to do
can't do much work on it
more for dj's

if you are in school or just need it for typical stuff get the dell.
has everything you might need.
word processing.
simple internet
can store music but not mix it

so its really your choice. into music-mac into everyday stuff-dell.
