If I were to build a center for gathering of people how many toilets are needed in the girls and boys (urinals) room. I plan on 200 people max.

it does in fact depend on your location if in california you must check your city but the california code may help you they are amou ng the strictest in the nation here is a link to the ca. code.

That will vary based on local requirements and exactly which type of commercial setting it is, also the square footage of the building, etc.. While you say the building is for 200 people max. the Fire Department is usually the ones who determine the maximum number of people that building can legally contain.

It depends upon your local building code... it's not a national thing. I think the # of handicap facilities are federally regulared though... any architect ought to be able to tell you off the top of her head, though...
