Tim Rattay isn't anyone's future, while Gradkowski may still work out to be a good QB. Remember, he was a 6th round pick...

There is honestly no point right now. They're eliminated from any hopes of a playoff position (kind of obvious) and Rattay isn't going to do crap for them either, so Gruden might as well just stay with Gradkowski.

Gradkoswski is a rookie with a future and he might be their starter next year depending on how the situation turns out with Chris Simms who had his splean ruptured during their first game againts the Panthers. Plus, I would put in my self in at Quaterback before I would put Tim Rattay.
