Can anyone tell me why Gradkowski hasn't been taken out yet?

well he did...and thank god b/c rattay did awesome, despite what all these other people are saying...i hope they go with rattay next week and maybe we'll pull off a win

Tim Rattay isn't anyone's future, while Gradkowski may still work out to be a good QB. Remember, he was a 6th round pick...

There is honestly no point right now. They're eliminated from any hopes of a playoff position (kind of obvious) and Rattay isn't going to do crap for them either, so Gruden might as well just stay with Gradkowski.

Gradkoswski is a rookie with a future and he might be their starter next year depending on how the situation turns out with Chris Simms who had his splean ruptured during their first game againts the Panthers. Plus, I would put in my self in at Quaterback before I would put Tim Rattay.

When your only option is Tim Rattay, you have no option. You put Rattay in when all your other QB's are dead.
