Now what I was wondering if the word "Sex" in the title is referring to actual sex, or if it is reffering to gender, since a lot of the show is centered around women's issues. Or is it both, you know actual intercourse and gender.

well from what little i know about the show i believe sex means intercourse because that show is full of premarital sex, as if it were a normal part of life.
