When I feel lost, alone...and I need to find me...
I drive over to the other coast of Florida... ( Naples ) and spend a few days lying on the beach, strolling the art galleries...and people watching...
All the while... realizing that I have it pretty good....
I always find myself back on path...

I remove myself from contact with others, and just ponder away endlessly. Sometimes listening to music or watching old sitcom re-runs helps to calm me down.
