Look at it this way.
If you live till you are 75 ok, average hours sleep 8, working hours 8, leisure hours 8 = 24 in one day.

We lose a third sleeping 25yrs, a third working 25yrs what have we left 25yrs don't seem right.

25yrs to ourselves.

The answer to it all is don't sleep don't work and you get the full life of 75yrs.

I think I'm below the average person. I'm thinking that this study was done on a person who gets about 8 hours of sleep a night. I have insomnia and am lucky if I get any sleep at all.

Is that all? They didn't survey me, I reckon by the time I die, say about 80, I'll have slept for at least 55 years of it.
