Spiderman.

Batman is a highly skilled fighter, but does not have any power greater than a normal man.

Spiderman can do all that jumping about and feats of strength. He'd kick Batman's ***

Spiderman becouse with his spider strengh Batman would go splat unless spider man pulls his punches which he wouyld so batman would just be onconchous and eaven if bat man used all his gagits in one move by trowing his utiity belst with all the pokewts open spiderman would se it comeing a mile away and jump out of the way.. so no mater how hard bat man tries he will not win becouse he is not a super hiro so it is no a fair fight

Batman's the better trained of the two, but the Spidey I know is still a top scientist... but Batman is smarter, a better martial artist, at least as spirited and determined. Maybe Spidey is faster? Hard to say... no, I'd say that Spidey is faster, and almost certainly stronger, but Batman has so many wonderful gadgets, it'd make up for any difference in strength...

I'll be generous and say that in a straight fight, where neither is prepared, or if Spidey ambushes Bats, Spiderman has the edge, and could well win, but Bats still has a good chance. I'd say a70/30 split in Spidey's favour with an ambush, and 55/45 in Spidey's favour for a straight fight. If Bats is prepared for Spidey however, Spidey has no chance, or only a very slim chance... a 95/05 split in Batman's favour I'd say... and let's not forget, Batman is a master planner, with a lot of resources at hand... probably he would have a contingency plan ready in case Spidey ever attacked him. Overall, Batman is the stronger, but you can't rule Spidey out...

Spidey would win. (Probably) he is faster, stronger more agile and despite what some people are saying at least of equal intelligance. (Hello, he's supposed to be a genius).

Now if the question was Peter Parker or Bruce Wayne then Bruce all the way, poor old Peter can barely manage to get out of bed in the morning without something bad happening to him, Bruce Wayne is a billionaire who manages to run a major multi national corporation.

So Spidey would probably win and then get blamed by the press for something happening somewhere else and his life would fall apart (again).

As someone has said, it would all depend on the circumstances of the fight, and how much lead time they have going in. One could also argue that since both are heroes that the occurrence of a fight would require one to be brain-frakked or led to believe the other was a villain. All things considered i give the edge to Spider-man.

why did i see like 5 answers referencing Superman, the fight as posited is between Spidey and Bats.

I think it would all depend on whether the fight was staged in a Batman comic/TV show/movie or a Spiderman comic/TV show/movie.

Spiderman is considered a higher level superhero than batman. Did you know that spidey could lift more than 10 tons?

I think Spidey would win thanks to his incredible agility, strength, and Spider-Sense. Batman would have a plan for defeating Spider-Man, and maybe some traps set, but with his Spider-Sense, Spidey would be able to dodge anything that Batman could throw at him. He's just too fast for Batman. Batman is determined, for sure, but Spider-Man would hit him too rapidly while avoiding any of his traps or attacks.
