Okay, a plain white longsleeve top and a pair of darkish blue jeans but rolled up into capris-were not made like that, but I just rolled them up.
And a necklace similar to the one below but not double, its triple and instead of the silver things, it's white pearls

yeah and a light turquoise belt too. it's like striped with different shades of that color
Oh yeah, and my hair (black of course look at my avatar that is kind of what I look like but my hair's gonna be in like a casual messy bun thing a.k.a. half ponytail thing)
Any comments or changes I should make?

It would be better if you told us where you are going!!!
Wear the jeans rolled up and add tall knee high boots, they are soooo in this winter.
I couldnt see the necklace but if it has color in it, stick with a belt that matches your boots, so the focus is all in your face due to the necklace framing it in a great way.

first of all don't make your jeans into something they are not. if you want capris please go and buy some. it is very tacky when someone folds jeans or sleeves to make them something it was not in the beginning. instead, just go to a seamstress and have him or her tailor the jeans for you. and do not wear some old pearls if your belt has 3 different colors in it. stick with the colors in the belt and match your shoes and accessories with the same colors that are in the belt.
BUT PLEASE BE CAREFUL BECAUSE ALL OF THE GIRLS WILL HATE ON YOU AND ALL OF THE GUYS WILL WANT TO ASK YOU OUT.

It sounds cute! I like the idea of rolling up your jeans. What kind of shoes are you wearing ?? If its warm enough, I think flip-flops, or maybe flats.
