well these programs where created so u don't get the file, but a way would be to just record whatever goes (in Win Xp : Start>Programs>Accessories>Entertainment>Sound recorder, or u can look up similar programs), make sure you configure from Control Panel, Sound and Audio Devices, in tab audio the input device and also in volume section Option>Properties to make sure u have what volumes u need selected, don't record to loud because the quality may suffer

You'll need a sound recording program. I had used SoundStudio which comes bundled with the m-audio keyboard that people often use with GarageBand. There's also soundgrabber.

After downloading one of these kinds of programs, you will need to adjust your main audio output and record settings to make sure your levels are in the green or yellow and not red to avoid distortion.
