Trump set to strip Miss USA of title over her wild-child ways
New York, Dec 17: Donald Trump, the property mogul and owner of the Miss Universe contest, is threatening to strip Miss USA of her crown after multiple allegations of underage drinking and bad behaviour.
Worried friends of Tara Conner have revealed that she has been drinking, partying and staying out late with a string of nightlife boyfriends, and then skipping some of the events she us supposed to attend.
"She's working her way through New York's nightlife promoters and club owners. The problems are . . . the going out late at night, not caring about the title and not being a role model, not showing up for things," the New York Daily News quoted one of ex-boyfriend as saying.
The pageant said that Conner will keep her crown for now, but they "will be evaluating her behavioural and personal issues to see what we can do to work with her, and what we will do about her reign going forward."
Conner turns 21 next week, but since winning the pageant title in April she has been a regular at nightclubs in Chelsea.
Since coming to New York, Conner broke off her engagement to her high school sweetheart and has been linked to Stereo owner Mike Satsky, his partner Barry Mullineaux, Blink 182 drummer Travis Barker, MTV veejay Damien Fahey and DJ AM assistant Steve Waldstein.
It was also reported in June that Satsky and Waldstein got in a shoving match over Conner at Stereo nightclub.
All that partying would seem to violate the Miss USA pageant's code of ethics and guidelines for titleholders, but the pageant steadfastly refused to comment on her behaviour.
Meanwhile TMZ has revealed that Miss California was contacted by a high-ranking pageant official and told that she will take the title once Trump finally makes the official announcement in the coming week.
The scandal comes just a month after Miss Great Britain, Danielle Lloyd, lost her crown for agreeing to pose for Playboy magazine and dating the footballer Teddy Sheringham before he judged the contest.

She's a huge partier and not of legal drinking age. She's always out drinking and making out with girls (including the Miss Teen USA) for attention- she's been spotted snorting coke and recently failed a drug test...Donald Trump had the final say and ended up revoking her title.
