"The answer to this depends on the length of your menstrual cycles and the duration of your periods. Ovulation occurs 14 days before your next period is going to begin. For most women, this is after they have finished bleeding from the month before. If you have 28-day cycles, ovulation would be around day 14. If you have 24-day cycles, it would be around day 10.

While the egg only lives a day or two after ovulation, sperm can wait five days (and sometimes even longer) for the egg to arrive. Therefore, if ovulation was going to be on day 10, sex that occurred on day 5 might still lead to pregnancy. And some women will still be menstruating on day 5, or even day 7. So the answer is yes, one can get pregnant during menstruation, especially if you tend to have short cycles. This is a direct quote. I know folks it happened to.

Just a little added fact for those girls who's guys said just let me stick it in I won't ***........

"Can a woman get pregnant through pre-***?

The risk is much lower than from ejaculate, but it may not be zero."

Well, sex during your period could actually help with cramps and stuff - BUT that's another question/answer.

I guess it would be possible if your ovulation cycle is odd. BUT usually You can ONLY get pregnant like 10 - 13 days AFTER your period - if you are on a 28 day cycle.

The egg maintains to be valid for fertilization for 12-24 hours, if the sperm enters the cervical canal and traverses in the process the uterine hollow area to realize the fallopian tube on the time of fertilization (which we mentioned until now at mid-menstrual cycle), because it meets the egg, the sperm secretes a undeniable enzyme that smashes the outer crust of the egg so as that it may penetrate into the nucleus of the egg and by using this 2d of docking , a conceal is produced by using the fertilized egg that would not enable the passage of the different sperm. The fertilized egg, that's named a (Zygote), then starts to divide, and maintains to bypass in the process the fallopian tube until it reaches the uterus. This takes around 7 days. This fertilized egg maintains to be interior the direction of the uterus for roughly 2 days previously it sticks to the lining of the uterus and grows. This technique is named Implantation.

no,no,no, It is impossible to get pregnant while your on your period. but baby that's just nasty to have sex while your period is on. There is an old saying that if you can walk through mud that you can f---k through blood. well isn't mud nasty and dirty and why would you want to walk through it. and if your partner suggest that you do so then they aren't very clean themselves. having your period is something very personal and you should keep it to yourself and not share it with others. by the way that blood is washing away any UN-fertilized eggs that have already come down. don't be nasty take pride in your self and your body.
