Do any of you know what Cabeza de Vaca's accomplishments were???

Álvar Núñez Cabeza de Vaca was a Spanish explorer who explored Texas, New Mexico and Arizona (those territories were a part of New Spain), was the governer of Rio de la Plata (current day Argentina), and wrote "La Relación" (an indepth report on South America)

Did you mean Cabeca? If so, he was the treasurer and historian of an expedition lead by Narvaez in 1528. While on an island of the coast of Texas their ship was blown out to sea leaving Vaca and 14 others stranded. He wondered among the indian tribes until he reached the Gulf of California, then finally in 1536 reached Mexico City. Hope this helps.
