The actor I think should play the green latern, should be denzel washington as john stewart aka the green lantern. It should be a serious action film, not a comedy starring jack black. What are everybody's opinions for the star of the green latern?

Marion Barber. But he has to lose the Uruk-Hai hair. ;-) Seriously, Denzel's always good, but maybe someone a little younger. Will Smith comes to mind since he's done action stuff before. Maybe a new hunky actor we don't know yet.

Yeah, I agree that Denzel might be a little too old for John Stewart.
Maybe Taye Diggs, or an unknown actor?
I would prefer CGI instead of those horrible live action. They (Follywood) should follow the fine example of the Incredibles and make comic book and cartoon based movies with CGI.

i want not just one Green Lantern i want the council to be showed, i also want to see Guy Gardner in it also, may be for Stewart maybe Isaach De Bankolé, or someone else, but for Gardner Alex Schemmer or Benjamin McKenzie i really just go for looks and acting experiance not what he has done
