MARIJUANA........legal or no?

I say yes please......

Trust me dud i know the entire history of marijuana. U must of saw grass, Yes they say they outlawed it to control mexicans blah blah.Alcohol was illegal too.

I think marijuana should be legal.
I have done it occasionally myself for years it has no more ill effects than alcohol if as many.
Not to mention all the tax money the government is missing out on because it is illegal, there is no reason it couldn't be sold and controlled like alcohol, I would love nothing more than to be able to go to the store and buy marijuana. It is such a hassle dealing with the black market!

Marijuana was outlawed for two major reasons. The first was because "All Mexicans are crazy and marijuana makes them crazy." The second was the fear that heroin addiction would lead to the use of marijuana.

Then see the major studies of the subject at http://druglibrary.org/schaffer/Library/studies/studies.htm Every major government commission in the last 100 years has said that the marijuana laws were based on racism, ignorance, and nonsense. They all recommended that it be legalized.

If you find someone who thinks marijuana should be a crime, then you know for certain that they have never read any of the most basic research on the subject and couldn't answer simple factual questions to save their own lives.
