yes they really irritate me..if i dont know the answer to something i dont go annoy the person by telling them "no" or "dunno" and i wish people would do the same

Only kidding - I do resent it, because it is point-gaming and should not be given the 2 points. Either that or some people genuinely believe that they have personally been asked a question and feel obliged to answer it.

Anyway, it should not count as a complete answer.

Its either because people get to this screen then find they dont know the answer so they will just write anything for 2 points ... or, it because the question, such as yours, leaves itself wide open for a tongue in cheek or dumb answer ;-)
