3 months isnt long when you are trying to concieve for a healthy couple it can take up to a year maybe longer.

stay calm and dont worry. it took me 9 months with my daughter and i am on my 5 month trying for my second.

try doing your bbt and charting it and also use opks to pinpoint ovulation.

take pre natal vitamins to make sure your body has all it needs to nuture a baby and get your partner to take iron tablets. also tell him to wear boxers and take warm baths and showers and not hot as this helps sperm produce better.

after having sex put a pillow onderneath you for 20 mins and put your legs in the air this allows gravity to do its work. you can also put a pillw underneath you during sex as the penis will reach the cervix and be on the best position to release the sperm.

you could also try pre seed which helps the sperm get to their destinantion quicker.

hope this helps and i hope you get pregnant soon hun x

For the average couple

50% will be pregnant in 4 months
75% will be pregnant in 8 months
90% will be pregnant in 1 year

If you and your partner have been trying for more than a year without success, it is a sign that there may be a problem. You should make an appointment with a gynecologist or an infertility specialist for a complete exam and testing. Many problems are easily treated once they are identified.

Good Luck

She sleeps 9-12 hours a evening. (even although she has performed that considering a month previous). Her pediatrician reported the most important difficulty is coming up allergic reactions. My nephew replaced into began on cereal the day he replaced into born! with the help of known practitioner orders interior the medical institution. in case your pediatrician says that the toddler will be ok. bypass for it. even although chocolate, not good in any respect. Rice cereal is for 0-3 and four-6 months. Longer in case you want. They wouldnt positioned that on their packing bins. And all medical doctors have diverse evaluations. My daughter doesnt get sufficient from basically breast milk or formula. She receives both actual a kind of and cereal. She is healthful and her pediatrician even reported that it does not reason obeisity. in case your toddler is gaining too a lot weight they have diets for toddlers little ones and adults. little ones are basically as in all probability to be obiese from breast milk and formula.

I just found out that I was pregnant yesterday after a long 15 month wait. I started taking prenatal vitamins and eating better and trying not to think about getting pregnant and that seemed to work. Hang in there, it'll happen.

It must be a stressful time for you, but 3 months isn't very long to be trying (even if it feels like it!)
Depending on your age, it could easily take 6-12 months.

Well i know for a fact that people who are trying to have children mostly dont get one because their stressed out or trying tooo hard. are either of you stressed? if so then just try to chill take it easy. if that doesnt work the both of you should see a doctor. you know just to make sure nothings wrong with any of you.

don't worry, it is normal, start charting your basal body temperature and read the book taking charge of your fertility, if you have tried for a year and still nothing then it can be considered a fertility problem. hang in there, in know it is tough

your stressing yourself out and lowering your chances. if its only been 3 months you dont have anything to worry about. you shouldnt begin to worry until about a year of trying
