like when i put in disk one i press install it and it wont, a thing says that i failed 2 things the 256mb ram and the video acceleration whatever that is but it wont let me download the game i really need some help for this so if you know anything pleeze tell me!!!

you probably need 256 of RAM and a better graphics card
you can get both of them at BestBuy or Circuit City or a computer store

Go under Control Panels, then click on System, and there should be a tab on there for Memory or RAM. That panel show you how much memory you have. You can already have 256 MB of RAM installed, but don't forget that Windows already eats up some of that memory, so in this case you'll need more memory to run the game. Memory is so cheap anymore, plus adding memory will only help your computer and allow you to run more programs at the same time.
As far as the video acceleration, you might need a video card that has more RAM, similar to that of the standard RAM. The memory on a video card is already installed and there's no way to add more, so your best bet is to just add another video card. This will allow smoother textures and faster graphics on certain games. You can compare this to say, a Nintendo system compared to a Playstation 2.

If it's not installing, it means that your PC capabilities are not good enough to run the game ... try it on a better PC

the same thing happened when i tried to put that exact game in.It means that you have to delete/remove any pop up blockers from your computer.Try doing tthat,then see how it turns out.
