I have 50 mg pills,

I'm going to take them for anxiety, most people on here said they take 100 mg. at night or morning, some say 50 mg in morning and night?

WHICH WOULD BE BEST FOR ME? night? day? twice a day?

don't waste your $$$$$$. I tried it and it sucks.

Much better you go to vitamin stores and simply buy pure L-tryptophane 500 mg. capsules, then take with vitamin B-complex to activate the tryptophane.

This is a daytime sedative, It helps you sleep at night, also.

If you take in daytime, don't drive - it makes drowsy.


For night sleep, try 1 mg. melatonin tablet or capsule. this will shut out the lights.

I agree with Danny, go with the original "L-Tryptophan", (5-HTP has had meager results).

Maybe 2-550 mg L-Tryptophan caps before bed.

At least 100mg, up to 300mg
I'd say take it twice a day, morning and night on an empty stomach.
