Formula One!

I feel that the mechanics/engineers do an absolutely fantastic job in creating cars of such calibre, especially when considering the the rules & regulations that the FIA have introduced in recent years of which they have to work around (banned active-suspension, raised-wing adjustments, grooved tyres, engine size reduction, banned two-way telemetry....list goes on etc.....) Really does make me wonder what performances could be achieved if these regulations were abolished:)

All I can recall about Champ car is that Mansell 'breezed' to the championship on his first attempt in 1993:)

Depends on how you define superior? There are many commonalities between the two series (ie, open wheel cars on mostly road courses), though also some key differences.

In terms of technology, CHAMP is basically a spec series now, where F1 still has some pretty large differences between cars which causes much greater development. F1 has the edge in technology. Though CHAMP Car would have a huge edge in the cost of running the team. Also, due to a controlled car package, probably less likely to see the sudden introduction of new rules aimed at slowing things down.

In terms of drivers, F1 is certainly has more prestige and is more difficult to break in to (just look at Sebastian Bourdais for the problems of just getting a test in F1); but that said, I don't think the difference is as great as some people would have you beleive and in many cases is just perception and the fact that F1 brings many other pressures that CHAMP car lacks (similar to a baseball player being under a microscope when he plays for the Yankess, and not so much if he plays for the Royals).

As a series, F1 is generally on firmer ground at the moment, though the problems in F1 are probably also larger and won't be going away anytime soon. CHAMP Car faces issues, but has generally improved it's fortunes since the ownership change a couple years ago, and if the merger with IRL ever happens, will probably start to head back to the stability it had before the split.

Formula One is much better. Champ Car is still on very shaky ground and, even with a new chassis in 2007, Champ Car faces a tough battle to survive. With the owner of one of the better teams, Carl Russo selling his Rusport team, it should tell you something about the series.
Interestingly, Champ Car will use the F1-style standing start at selected races next season, something the series has deemed dangerous over the years.

F a million is amazingly higly regulated all dimensions are regulated and strictly scrutineered the wheels and tyres develop right into a lot wider they were made smaller to target to slow the autos down by technique of giving themless grip dry tyres now have 4 grooves instead of the former smooth slicks, again to make cornering slower. i imagine quickly they're going to stipulate an entire tread like a humid highway tyre the downforce of the aerodynamics is surprising you should force one the incorrect way up on the ceiling at one hundred sixty mph in case you imagine about it, a heavy jumbo jet takes to the air at merely over 150mph an f a million motor vehicle places the same flight technologies in opposite! to positioned it into attitude I actually have an previous video carried out at siiverstone, a mc laren f a million the fastest peugeot gti on the time, a porsch e 911 all pushed by technique of f a million drivers. from memory the peugeot is on the 2d to very last nook and the porsche is over 1/2 way around the lap at the same time as the f a million motor vehicle contraptions off from a status commence and the f a million motor vehicle wins !!! the 911 develop into doing over one hundred seventy 5 mph on the straights in spite of the undeniable fact that the line protecting and braking skill of the f a million are what does it! to cite frank williams and patrick head an f a million autos performance in words of the bits to get precise are 25% horsepower, 25percentAerodynamics, 25% motive force and a magnificent 25% tyres!!!

F1 (between the choices listed). But for some other exciting racing, watch the rally drivers take on some of the toughest courses in the world.

I'm an F1 fan, but WRC rocks too!

Formula 1 by quite a long way, because of the resources involved, because of the technology that spearheads the sport, the glamour brought upon it by races like Monaco, the skill of the drivers... and this list can go on for ever.

to compare a Formula One with a Champ car is like to compare God with a galician.
