Obviously your a teen !
My suggestion, GO TO BED !!!
That age group thinks sleep is a job.
There's nothing better then to refuel the body.
Go to bed early, get up earlier when more people and things are accessible and you may not be so BORED !
Besides if you wait to go to sleep at 3 or 4am, you'll just sleep untin 1:00PM or later.

Go on chatrooms or to youtube. Youtube is a site where you can watch any videos that you want about anything. Or go out in your neighborhood and take a walk. It's fun when no one is there. OOr go pee on someones window. I am sure you will think of something!
