http://www.limewire.com/ will get your song. the Torrent programs are the major spyware villains, its the people using it that seem more wanky than everyone else, so avoid any torrents. limewire seems best, but most songs are subject to copyright so if you download, remember that.
avoid Kazaa, its the worst for spyware
