You could try the AFL-CIO website. Your state also has aebsite where you should be able to get information on employee rihgts. If you work somewhere, your federal and state rights are usually posted in an area that all employees use, like a break room or lunch area. Most, but not all employers are required to limit work hours, to pay compensation for overtime, contribute to worker's compensation and to distribute a list of doctors and hospitals that are authorized to treat workplace injuries. There are OSHA regulations as well, dpending on the type of employment and the number of workers, etc.
