Lots of people remember things like that. You are normal.

It's very interesting. Have you ever been back past the old house?
Sometimes people let you tour their homes if you have lived there before.
But ya never know if that would be a good idea or not, cause who knows what they are like?
Yeah, I'd say it's very unusual. Maybe there is a reason for it?
I wonder if there was a little girl that lived there before you, or what the history of that house can tell you.
Or if something happened there that was so nice you just never wanted to lose the memory of it.
Is the house in you're neighborhood? You could check the records.
Maybe it's possible by computer, or phone, if the town you live in now is different from the one you lived in then.

Weird? No...but interesting.
Think of this, in a few years from now you'll struggle to remember many ordinary things from your daily life. This may not bother you now, but if you ever make enough of your life to want to write an autobiography then these forgotten facts will loom large.
Believe me...I've had more years to forget things than most.
A suggestion...write them down as you think of them. With computer storage and recording facilities available nowadays this shouldn't take you too long.
In fifty or sixty years reading through them again will bring a flood of associated memories that will enrich your life and the lives of your grandchildren, etc.
I suggest this as my own writings were not started until many years after my childhood and despite all good intentions I have forgotten too much. As for the rest of your life...set out to enjoy it without hurting others and you'll enjoy your so much more. Good luck,

I remember stuff like that, too. lol. The other day I was driving through a city, and I noticed a smell - and it brought back a memory of an incident that I had almost forgotten about...that happened when I was around 2 or 3. I don't think it's abnormal, if that's what you are asking. Everbody is different, just remember that!

This is quite normal although many don't want to believe a child can remember such. I still remember things from about age 2 that many don't believe I remember but I know they were real. Plus, you are still young and you will always remember those parts of your past as long as you keep on remembering, not letting anyone stop you. Just hold tight to those memories and never let them fade away as you get older.

Some people have that type of memory. I do. I like being able to remember ever last detail of things. It reminds me of my life, and transports me back in time.
I wouldn't say it's "weird" at all. I find it both comforting and bothersome. I remember everything that has happy connotations, but I'm also reminded of the bad, or negative aspects [of my life and history] in full detail.

It's not weird. I remember a lullaby my mum used to hum to me when I was baby 15 years after I last heard it. Everytime I hear that tune I feel relaxed and calm.

Well, 3 years is natural age for human babies to start remembering facts (unless a child experienced a traumatic event, in that case he/she could remember it even if he/she were younger).

It's not weird. I remember many things from when I was in diapers.
I've told my Mom about things that happened when I was one or two and she remembers them too. So it's not just my imagination.
--and I'm much older than you.
