go to a hardware store, or anywhere they sell car cleaning supplies and look for something called
Simple Green
its a biodegradable, non poisonous "green" cleaner that is super concentrated. it was originally made to clean car interiors and grease and grime.. It became popular in the house now.. diluted down as window cleaner, floor cleaner, carpet cleaner. stain remover..
I use it full strenght on blood.. I dab a bit or use a spray bottle on the stain.. brush it or use an old cloth to rub the stain some.. let this sit a few minutes then spray more to clean it away.. rince a bit with a wet clean cloth and its gone.. might take a few applications.. but ive managed to remove blood, lipstick, ink, car grease, etc from my carpets with this.. goodluck!

Poor puppy! I hope she's OK?

To remove blood, put 1 scoop of Oxy-Clean in a spray bottle with hot hot water. Spray it on the stain. After the fizzing stops, blot with a damp towel. Repeat until the stain is gone.

hydrogen peroxide soaked on cotton balls & bad the blood up. It will fizz. Have a clean towel handy to gently dab up the blood.

You need an enzymatic cleaner like Shout or Out. Try one of them according to directions..

Very chilling water, if that doesnt work, rub ice cubes on top of it and then use a carper cleaner of some kind.
