It could mean that you can have 2 BR or use one of them as an office or other type of room depending on your needs.

It most likely means that the 2nd bedroom is rather small. It could be a bedroom or a den.

I'm with you on this one. I would guess that the second bedroom could be a study etc. but to be sure you should ask the owner/realtor. Merry Christmas!

usually its a 1 br that could be converted I wouldn't suggest this it could cause problems in an emergency

the other room does not have a closet, so it cannot be called a bedroom, but it actually could be used as a bed room. just put in an Armour.

to me it would mean it has one bedroom, then another room that could be a bedroom, or a den, or dining room etc,, the second room isnt clearly positioned to call a bedroom

it means you can get your body to bed without assistance from another person or medical equipment such as wheelchair, cane or service dog and be able to get out of bed the same way
