I have an ipod and an arm band for that for working out. However, when I'm at the gym, I leave my phone in the car unless I'm expecting a rather important call - which if that's the case, I just don't go to the gym. I find it rather annoying all the people on cell phones at the gym (and some of the conversations I've heard).

Why not buy online ? On phone is OK?

It all depends what phone company you're with. At Cingular you can buy an arm band for like a SLVR or Samsung D807 Slider at any corporate store. So it def. depends on your carrier and your phone brand.
