Yes.

The question is what they dream. Probably other senses since they're lacking sight. They can't imagine things they've never seen. Unless they weren't born blind. In which case they'd still have memories of sight & be able to see pictures in their mind.

If blind people, born blind, could "see" in their dreams this would be a pretty convincing argument for reincarnation...

Yes blind people do dream...They can actually see what they are dreaming just like everyone else. When they are awake some see figures and others see both color and figure and that is how they can tell who is who.

if they are born blind they wont, coz( i wont go in scientific term) when u r born ur mind learns by wat u see an hear and these memories tie up together and ur brain do different fuctions. n blind ppl the part of brain responsible for visual responses doensot get any information and no visual images are developed in our memory , so blind ppl hav no sens4e of visual images coz brain is not receiving any visula information.

Depends on when they were blinded, if they were born blind, no; if they became blind probably.
