Hi Jackie S !!!
The best way is with "papeir matche". This is a mixture of
news paper, soaked in water and broken down to narrow strips so by working it with your hands it will be very soft and manageble.
I recomend you start with just a little, you get the idea. Follow the intructions is easy, a bit messy but fun to do.
Rip the news paper in norrow strips and let it soak while ripping it in the water until is soft.
Then after the paper is completely soaked and in a soft texture, take out the execes water, "ALL OF IT"!!!. Squeezing the paper a little( you don't want it too dry )!!! Add white ELMER'S glue and keep working with your hands, until is completely WELL mixed into a paste consistency. I
If you feel any big hard lumps of paper, keep braking them up until there's none. And you can control the cosistency by adding water to the mixture, ( few drops at a time). Careful, after you put the glue into the mixture if you put too much water more paper soaked in water will be needed!!!
Now depending on which organ, you need to make; blow up a baloon (round or long) and tide a string to the end of it.
You are ready to start spreading the mixture( THICK PASTE) on the baloon with your hands, (you will have better control).
First, spread a very thing layer on it. Hang the baloon from
the string, let it dry well. (For at least one day) Then you can spread more mixture on it, until you feel is enough. Let it dry for about one day or more. It will harden, after that you can, keep adding or also you can make other parts and then later glue them WITH THE MIXTURE to the organ itself.
Paint it with some base paint and then paint with the propr colors.
To thick it will be too heavy or to thinwill crack; is not good!!!
You did not say which organ is the one you need, so I can not help you farther.
After a while you will get the hang of it. You can make ANYTHING with "papeir matche". It is messy but fun, and does tak a long time but at the end and with practice, you can make, from organs to jewlery boxes, figurines, Christmas ornaments,
fruit bowls, picture frames, "pinatas" for parties, etc. HAVE FUN !!!
Good luck. GOD BLESS YOU
MERY CHRISTMAS & HAPPY NEW YEAR

Although theres been a new built in atlantic city the Wannamaker Organ in Philadelphia would be a great organ to build a model of . There's been lots of photos and articles on it so info about size etc would be pretty accurate

Get a Styrofoam ball from a craft store, in fact get a couple or three just in case.
Carve it by using another piece of Styrofoam--rubbing them together--
You can make a cross section to show the inside.
You can spray paint the Styrofoam.
Use a picture from a textbook for a model (for your model :)

A pringles can is a rather accurate model of my penis. I would go with skin though. It is the easiest. You could use different colors of modeling clay to represent the different layers and use wooden matches, burn end in first, to represent hair follicles.

The Milky way is a barred spiral, so pass to an astronomy website for pictures of batted spirals. i could possibly use diverse length styrofoam balls and products of needles to connect them.

I always admire the shape of the heart. If you are sculpting and fireing it, you might do a splattered high fired glaze. That could be very cool:)
