Sorry man as that saying goes you get what you pay for turbos a turbo man dont make yourself look foolish by trying. Only a very nieve teenager wouldnt know the difference, you can do alot of stuff to make your car sound bad a*s but thats 1 sound cant dup!!!!!!! Hope that helps bro just dont want people to point and laugh from that stupid advise about the exaust tips man. Im 36 and had some sweet rides but never tryed to make them sound like a cheeta with diarea. Good luck bro!!!

Dont Install a exhaust tip that makes It sound like a wine.. Sounds horrible. There are fake blow-off valves you can buy. Search for It on the Internet.. Pretty cheap too.

don't know how to help you about the hissing sound, but if it on the blow off valve sound, go get a dummy BOV, blows out noise like the real ones. Hope it helps.

well when the cars cold the turbo whines/ whistles, so why dont you install a cooker and get a whistling kettle and hang it out the window
