How do you wire up a R4-700 direct hook up when you don't have the org GM dist?

I will guess you mean how do you make the lock-up work when you install a 700-R4 in a vechicle that didn`t have one originally.Well there is a way to do it that involves a VB kit with t-convertrer shift valves and springs ,they are sold at trans parts supply stores.
