The Popup Protection Bar on my brwoser disappeared, how do I get it back?

I fianlly installed SP2 and it had a shortcut to"Windows Marketplace" on the Popup Protection Bar which I didn't want so I deleted that shortcut but now I dont' have the Popup Protection Bar which I want so I can see a popup when I want to.
How can I get it back?

Go to tools>internet options. Search for it for a while and you'll find it
