i assume you know how to play poker and therefore understand that the only way to have a hand with 5 of a kind is if you have set wild cards. I found this on a website and couldn't have said it any better than they did, so I'm just gonna copy and paste it. Other than that, I haven't found a specifically set rule on your question. Hope this helps.
"If the straight flush has no wild cards, it cannot be beat be beat by the 5 of a kind, which must contain one wild card.
If the straight flush has 1 wild card against a five of a kind with one wild card, chop the pot in half. Neither hand is more remarkable than the other.
In other situations, the hand with the least number of wild cards needed to make the hands wins.
Some players have different opinions about whether or not a straight flush with 1 wild card should beat a five of a kind. If you have strong feelings either way, make sure the dealer makes the decision as to what beats what before the hand is dealt to avoid this unlikely argument." - Joel the Scribe Homepoker.com

5 of a kind??? There is only 4 of each card, how can you have 5 of a kind?? If you meant "which is higher 4 of a kind or strait flush"? Then the answer is strait flush... but an even better hand is a Royal Flush which is 10, J, Q, K, A of the same suit.
Here is the order...
Royal Flush
Strait Flush
4 of a kind
Full House
Flush
Strait
3 of a Kind
2 Pairs
1 Pair
High Card
Hope that helps...

The only way you can have 5 of a kind is if you are playing with more than one deck of cards. 4 of a kind is the highest you can get playing with one deck of cards and beats everything including a full house and a straight flush.

If you are playing with more than 1 deck, just about every rule has changed, so you'll have to double check everything.
If you are playing with cards taht can be considered 'wild', I say place it weaker than a straight flush, but stronger than a 4 of a kind.
You could however, just say that it is not possible.... and save everyone the hassle...

5 of a kind is theoretically impossible since there are only 4 suits in a deck of cards. The hand rankings for poker are as follows
Royal Flush
Straight Flush
4 of a kind
Full House
Flush
Straight
3 of a kind
2 pair
1 pair
high card

If you are using jokers that is the only way to make 5 of a kind, and yes it does beat all other hands, but it is rare that people play this kind of poker.

5 of a kind, really!
I've never got that before!
This is either a funny joke (in which case ha ha good joke)
or
You've been fooled (in which case ha ha, how did you fall for that)
There is 1 of the same value for each suit and four suits so all you could have is 4 of a kind-a straight flush beats it
