You might get circumsized as you could be suffering from megalopenis. Abnormally large uncircumcised penii often stress the foreskin to the point of tearing. Or maybe you are penetrating an unlubricated orifice. Try some KY jelly.

sounds like it is time to get cut.....if your foreskin is tearing that usually means it is not retracting or it is way to tight and the only way to fix that it to get circumcised or stretching but you never know if that is going to work so getting cut is the best choice.i do not have a foreskin but my mom is a doctor so...
