What's up with all the black-on-black crime in the South??

We have shootings almost every day in a city that was once quite peaceful....and it's 95% black on black crime for the dumbest reasons....drugs, women. Since when did it become ok to just shoot someone you don't like or agree with!!??

I'll probably get the grand load of thumbs down for this but hear me out:

Because black culture hasn't yet fixed it's problem from within, which is family. Ever since slavery ended, blacks never did fix the family unity and it's meaning and purpose. Family doesn't mean much to many blacks in these kinds of ghetto life styles. When people care about family (the RIGHT way), they care about life. When you care about life, your not gonna shoot someone just because someone stepping on your shoe.

Most families have no father figure because the father didn't care. Most mothers keep on having children by other men, not caring enough about her first kid(s) to focus 100% on them, and so they don't raise them properly. A broken home is what starts the process, the teaching to these kids to not know about family, appreciation of life. Most grow up bitter because they grow up having nothing, and poor, and starving, so they grow up with resentment, hate, and no care for life. And so the killing continues.

It continues until the black community grows a brain and starts dealing with this logically instead of doing what they've been doing all these years which is A) putting you down when ever someone brings it up and tries to help fix it, because they think just by talking about it your being negative. and B) when someone is taken seriously to try to help, it's always some bootleg Martin King speaker who just likes the sound of his own voice but isn't actually doing anything to logically fix the problem. And blaming whites all the time isn't going to fix anything.

There is a lot of black crime in the south, its not racist its a fact, you can look at the stats, its getting so people are having to move away from those high crime areas. I don't know if its because a
generational thing that's being handed down like the upbringing, but I think some counseling or something needs to step in and break the cycle.

Black-on-black crime is an overused term. Most crimes committed by black people are going to be against other black people because we live around each other more. Drugs are a problem everywhere. It's never been OK to kill anyone, but that doesn't stop all people from doing it. It all boils down to a lack of respect for other people. Too many guns out here. Too easy to get.

If you're in Florida, you can shoot someone if you feel like they're being threatening. Florida is such a whack state. The whole South is a little whacky, that's probably why. Of course, Buffalo is pretty whack too. Like everywhere I lived.

Oh, and I'd like to know where those statistics came from. I hear about white-on-white crime all the time.

Why do you differentiate black on black crime from any other?

It never became o.k. but some people living in desperation and possibly not having good environment to be brought up in, have perceived it to be like that.

Its not like these people are the majority or anything. They are just really noticeable.
