Going to a plastic surgeon might help. However, you could also try picking up this month's Consumer Reports magazine in which they did a comparison of wrinkle creams on the market and actually found that Oil of Olay's "Regenerist" line actually did reduce wrinkles.

Prevention is the best medicine, though. Be good to your liver. Reduce your homocysteine levels. Obviously no smoking/sun damage.

If you are able to afford it, there is always chemical peels, face lifts, botox and other procedures you could discuss with a specialist.

You can't remove, but you can minimize. First, use a good skincare line that is for anti-aging. I recommend and use Mary Kay's TimeWise 3 in 1 cleanser, followed by the purifier and then a good moisturizer. Depends on if you have oily, combo or dry skin for moisterizer, but everyone should use it. Then, make sure you use an anti-aging eyecream, such as MK Age-Fighting Eye Cream.

Use Microdermabrasion Set 3 times perweek to minimize the appearance of fine lines and to slough off dead skin cells which otherwise will make wrinkles look deeper. This set is amazing for making your skin look younger!

Honey, you can not "remove" wrinkles just like that. You can prevent them with using a good sunscreen all the time. Botox is an option but it is expensive and you have to repeat it every 4-5 months. Another option is a face lift.

Ditto to the 2 previous answers, plus drink lots of water, eat balanced meals, try not to stress, etc. Wrinkles can also be "hereditary".... You can always opt for botox injections, which are risky and expensive.
