where can i look a good and honest partner in my business?

i have a small business a desktoppublishing i need to improved my business. i start a business with a incomplete things, materials,etc.i running my business in 3 yrs and hoping and finding a right person to be a business partner.i hope someone who had a good heart will help my business. i do have more customer in my place.i really do anything all about computers and videos,editng,layout.everything is i know.pls do help me as soon as possible.i really love my businessits my life since when i was young its my dream.you can email thanx

Unless you need more financial resources, I would not recommend a "business partner", but a responsible and committed employee who has the knowledge, diligence, and skills to be an asset to your business and your customers. One who could prospect and "sell" the business' services to new customers.
