They have some great talent developing in the likes of Lennon and Walcott. They will have players such as Rooney hitting their peak. Win it, who knows. They have as much chance as anyone else. But I think with the right management the future is looking brighter than it has been and I would expect their result to be far better than this year.

My initial answer was the cliche NO !
After careful thinking I have to say that if the coach starts working to that goal and use Euro 2008 as a tool , England could be just presented with their best chance considering the likes of Walcott and co.
PS . I really think it is possible!

no, mexico will becuase we have three star youth players fresh from their fifa u-17 world cup win against brazil 3-0 in the final winning the FIIFA u-17 world cup!! And guess who is coaching? thats right the one the only Hugo Sanchez!!! move over italy, its our turn.

I agree with Sweet Panther.
I'm praying hard that England would win. That would really rejuvinate sports in our country.
But Win or Lose I'll always support the lil' island I call home :)

No most likely not. rooney is the only guy I see having a big impact on the next WC and w/ teams like Brazil and France the chances of them wiining r very slim.
