What Kind of phone. If it's Motorola you will need the usb cable
#skn6371C. You can see the difference in the two male ends by looking at your phone.Search around for prices because I paid $35 for mine but I'm sure you can get it cheaper.

That was not cheap either at another $30. The phone tools allows you to download or upload. If anybody else is reading this maybe they know a cheaper way(even though Phone Tools works great) to get what you need.Good Luck.
