How is this a philosophically oriented question unless you are somehow wondering if people will equate need with want and respond accordingly? Living well is a relative term and what I would want is as much as I could get or be given without putting my wants and needs in future danger from the envy, greed and predatory ambitions of others. The number of hours involved is not really relevant if the amount to be desired is otherwise unlimited by need.

I would need to make no less than $25/hour. (If I were only working 4 hours 5 days a week.)

That is the same amount of money that I am making now.
But I don't see me every making that much unless I finish college!

the lifestyle i wish i was leading? $50 an hour. that will never happen though, i have an $8.50 an hour job and only work 12 hours a week. I'd be happy with 25 hours a week at my current pay.

Relative - profit margins + international trade... min wage + max week globally, with citizenship right to the 20 hours a week? Cash not same to everyone: Queen doesn't carry it + Afghans paid in chickens and opium. Some people would be happy with a pig and a sago tree each week. In the West, can work 'half time' if not buying and wasting un-needed stuff: suits and shiny cars. I brewed booze and smoked duty free baccy to get a stash for a replacement motor. Primal societies often don't labour much to support traditional standard of living and produce economic surplus that can make armies, pyramids, Easter Island monoliths, Angkor Wat etc.

That is a different number for everybody. Some people need a hundred grand a year. But for me I figure that about fifty dollars for 4 hours a day, 5 days a week would make me happy.

I do that and I get paid £400 a month which is fine for me as my partner works, it pays my mortgage anyway. If I were single I would have to say it would need to be 3 times that to keep my family going. So about £16/hour.

$50.00 - $75.00 an hour if you have a growing family to be able to plan and save for all of your family's needs - I can't see much less than that working out well especially with the rising cost of medical care and education. Even the simple pleasures in life can be enjoyed as well as the necessities and unexpected.
