first off the need a better comisner also stop takeing kids form high school also start fireing the bad boys of nba.. show the fans that you want change how many of us can get into a fight at work and still keep are jobs also why dont the other player press charges for assault

lilcurly747. Im not riping on you but your the reason the NBA. wont change fans like you just oh well to bad. would you let a coworker hit you at work and just say oh he must be haveing a bad day its ok Boss.

The gameof basketball is physical and when you are involved in a physical sport fighting happens. However these fights should never go into the stands and they should never involve sucker punches. I rememberwhen Barkely fought, and when Robert Parish fought. Laimbeer all those times also. Although it was undignified, it was never cheap. Fighting itself isn't the problem, it's the way these new players fight. Like cowards.
You can't kick everyone out for fighting, they have a players union that will appeal suspensions that are too long. The commisioner is doing what he can with a bunch of criminals. About 1/4 of the NBA has been to jail at some point and it's very hard to keep them in line. Now all these convicts have million dollar contracts and they feel more above the law than ever. I would love to see some more full season suspensions out of this, on Carmelo especially. The brawl seemed ok up until his sucker punch. I would love to see him beat down when he finally comes back.

I don't agree Pro Athlete is not an office job the games get intense and players do things they shouldn't. Kickin players out like crazy will not make the game better.

yes they really are in need of lots of changes.. because these players are now rich, they could pay they fine just as if it was nothing.. well how about a 1 season suspension plus fine? i guess they'll learn their lesson in that way
Carmelo Anthony is the youngest involved, he's admired by the young generation and what he did isn't good for his image.. i guess he should attend his remedial classes on character development lols.. ^_^ \m/
